2. Services Overview

  • Booking: Services are available by appointment. You may contact us via our website, email, or phone to schedule a service.
  • Scope of Work: We will only perform tasks explicitly agreed upon in the service contract or appointment confirmation. Any additional work requires separate approval and may incur extra charges.
  • Service Limitations: Services are subject to weather conditions, site accessibility, and other factors outside our control.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Estimates: Pricing for services is based on initial assessments and may vary if additional work is required.
  • Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed. We currently only accept cash-on-delivery.
  • Cancellations: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.

4. Responsibilities

  • Your Responsibilities:
    • Ensure site access and removal of obstacles that may hinder service delivery.
    • Disclose any known hazards, such as buried utilities, uneven ground, or dangerous plants.
  • Our Responsibilities:
    • Perform services professionally and safely.
    • Notify you promptly of any issues or delays.

5. Liability

  • Property Damage: Isla-Landscapes is not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions outside our control.
  • Injury: While we take every precaution to ensure safety, we are not responsible for injuries caused by hazards not disclosed to us.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather or natural disasters.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

  • We guarantee the quality of our work but do not guarantee specific results, as plant health and growth are influenced by various uncontrollable factors.

7. Termination

  • Isla-Landscapes reserves the right to terminate or refuse service for violations of these Terms or unsafe conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Any photos, designs, or plans created by Isla-Landscapes remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
